I think that these riots can take place in a lot of cities in the world, overall in cities where there is a deep distance between different social classes and a lot of inmigrant population too.
We can find many situations, they produce these problems, but it will be wrong to tell about one to one, because they are completely connected.
In order to avoid riots and similar situations, Social Services are very important in this time, no as charity but to help people to integrate in this society, that is not the best, but it is that we have it. In addition you shouldn’t forget Social Services always look for social peace.
