It's very difficult for me to say which is my favorite vegetatal, I like all them, especially lettuce, tomatoes, carrots and mushrooms, but I also like the spinach, aubergine and cucumber. paqui
My favourite vegetables are spinach, potatoes and tomatoes. I like specially putting chopped tomatoes on the bread with a spich of salt and some drops of olive oil. That is called "pa amb tomà quet" in Catalunya, Do you like it?

Are they "aubergines" (British English) or "eggplants" (American English)?

My favourite vegetables are the artichoke (boiled with a litle bit of lemon), potatoes (masheed potatoes)with carrots and generally all of them.
